Terms of Service

Digitizia (Emarah Suites, 10th Floor, Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Block A Sindhi Muslim CHS (SMCHS), Karachi) provides an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist ("the Service") that businesses use to answer customer questions and manage appointment bookings over WhatsApp.

By creating an account, you confirm you're authorized to act on behalf of the business, that the information you provide (services, hours, pricing, policies) is accurate, and that you are responsible for how the Service represents your business to customers based on that information.

When you message a business using the Service, your conversation is handled per our Privacy Policy. The Service books, reschedules, and cancels appointments on the business's behalf; final confirmation of any appointment is the responsibility of the business you contacted.

The Service may not be used to send unsolicited marketing outside what WhatsApp and Meta's policies permit, to harass, or for any unlawful purpose. Repeated abuse of the booking system (spam bookings, blocked numbers attempting to rebook, etc.) may result in that number being blocked from the Service.

The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
