What we collect
When you message a business using our service on WhatsApp, we collect: your WhatsApp phone number, the content of your messages, and — if you make a booking — the name, contact phone number, area/location, and appointment details you provide.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the booking and customer-service functions the business you messaged has enabled: answering your questions, scheduling and managing your appointment, and sending appointment reminders.
Where it's stored and who it's shared with
Conversation and booking data is stored in our database provider (Neon, hosted in the EU). Messages are delivered via Twilio, our WhatsApp messaging provider, acting on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Conversation and booking records are retained for as long as the business you messaged uses our service, so they can reference your appointment history. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact info@digitizia.com.
